Terms of Use

By creating an account on Global Flag Recruit ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. • Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile. • One account per person or organization.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to: • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. • Impersonate another person or organization. • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or commercial content. • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights. • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission. • Use the platform for purposes unrelated to flag football recruitment and networking.

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, text). • By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of providing our services. • We may remove content that violates these terms without notice. • You are solely responsible for the content you post.

• Only Teams, Leagues, and Federations may post job openings. • Job postings must be legitimate flag football opportunities. • We do not guarantee employment or any outcome from job postings or applications. • We are not a party to any agreement between employers and candidates.

• Messages are private between sender and receiver. • We may review messages if reported for abuse or violations. • Do not share sensitive personal data (banking, government IDs) via messages.

When subscription plans become available: • Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider. • Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly displayed before purchase. • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. • Refund policies will be detailed at the time of subscription launch.

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. • We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided content. • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform. • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion: • Your profile and all associated data will be permanently removed. • Messages you sent will show "Deleted User" instead of your name. • Job postings you created will be closed and archived. • This action is irreversible.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable international data protection laws, including LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (European Union), depending on the user's jurisdiction.
